Senior Pastor
Full time, £30,405 - 39,526.50 + housing (3/4 bedroom manse) + pension + allowances
Is God calling you to lead our vibrant multi-generational church in South Woodford, North East London?
Are you passionate about Jesus, deeply committed to Scripture, and hungry to see the Church become everything God has called it to be?
Do you long to be part of a church where the Holy Spirit is welcomed, the gifts of the Spirit are exercised, lives are transformed, and people are equipped to fulfil their God-given purpose?
Are you excited by the prospect of building a church that is spiritually alive, outward-looking, culturally engaged, and passionate about reaching young people, families, and those who have yet to encounter Jesus?
If so, we would love to hear from you.
We are seeking a spiritually mature, bible-centred and Spirit-led pastor who will shepherd with compassion, serve with humility, and who shares our vision for a church that faithfully proclaims God's Word, welcomes the work of the Holy Spirit, develops disciples, builds authentic community, and reaches beyond its walls with the love and truth of Jesus Christ.
Ultimately, we are looking for the person God is calling to this role at this time. For more information, read our job description and person specification:
